Who: Designated Killers
When: Sunday evening / Monday morning
What: Emergency Meeting

[It's after midnight in the rooms of all of the designated killers when a clock bells goes off, quietly enough not to be heard in other rooms but loud enough to wake them. Their closet door has been left slightly open. In the back of the closet, instead of wood paneling, is a door in the wall. They may climb through - it's a tight fit, even with everyone's size - and will find a narrow stone passageway, leading straight up. There's a ladder to climb up about a story. The Dragon wing residents will find themselves emerging from a trapdoor into a tiny stone room, dimly lit. It looks almost like a hidden cell. Feferi will have to crawl on her hands and knees down a narrow tunnel until she herself can emerge into the cell.

Inside, the Host is standing against the wall. There is a sitting area with a blanket laid out on the floor to make the place more homey, and a small candle is set on the ground to provide some light, but it's not the most comfortable place. It's dark, drafty, dusty, and you can hear rats scampering nearby. But there is a tea set with hot tea and four cups set out for them.

Chiaki! [Feferi looks incredibly worried, of course.] You can't just encourage the others to kill you!

...If it's for the sake of you guys living on, that's worth dying.

[ At this rate, getting away with the murders yet to come... ]

...At any rate, at least everyone is okay. [ AT LEAST THE OTHERS ARE JUST...guarding them, not killing them. ]

I want you to keep living, too! You haven't done anything wrong! [She hasn't attempted to murder someone or anything!]

...I also...want to keep living on with everyone. [ That's the first time she's actually admitted that sort of thing in a designated killer meeting, isn't it. ] I can't leave in the same way everyone else can, I think, but at least...I don't want to disappear and leave Host-kun all alone. He's family.

Anyway, what we have to focus on right now is surviving the week. And then...the week after that. The same small steps as ever. They figured it out because we never want to give up on one another, but...I want to continue being that sort of group.

I won't vote for any of you in trials. I don't care what people think. [It probably won't even mean anything, but it's something to do.] There has to be a way to save you. You're not a villain.

...I am who I was made to be. But...at this point, I do not think revealing ourselves through the votes really...matters...

...that report was fairly comprehensive. So, standing together...I'd prefer it to standing alone.

I won't abandon you. I'll carry you everywhere so they can't drop the floor out from under you if I have to! Well, if Kuzuryuu doesn't beat me to it! [She tries to smile, to maybe cheer Nanami up a bit.]

[ It does get a smile back in return. They're sitting in a drafty, dark, dusty room. Candlelight plays on all four faces, and the Host standing ever quietly, watching them.

But there's a blanket. A candle. Hot tea. And they're talking about saving one another.

These people are all very dear to her, and these simple things make it ever clearer why. ]

...I'll never give up on any of you, either. Nor will I leave your side so long as I am able to stand by you.

Then together we'll figure something out. [She wants to believe that. She can believe that, if she tries hard.] We just won't do anything unless we absolutely have to and work on figuring out a way for us to all get out okay in the meantime. It's not like the others aren't playing.

Maybe we could have Kuzuryuu and Apollo shout so loud all the microphones and cameras in the castle break and work from there!

...Yeah. We...haven't really had to go yet at all. [ Feferi and Phoenix volunteered. The...the designated killers actually have not been forced to act a single time this entire game. ]

Mm...we're not allowed to try to sabotage the game ourselves, remember? ...Well, I certainly cannot. I can only point out to you anything I think you might find interesting.

I'm pretty sure those two could accidentally shatter the cameras, acshelly. [Look! A pun!]

We'll figure something out.

...Yeah. We will.

At least there's no reason to pretend we're not close at this point.

We may have to take risks, though. That's... something we knew when we didn't immediately reject the incentives we were provided with at our first meeting.

...Yeah. As long as everyone does their best to live on together, risks...of course they're going to have to be taken.

[ Unless the others somehow take down the game before the last two dks have to go but IT BEING A MURDER GAME... ]

Still, at least they were not wrong about it, you know? We are in this together. For better or worse I will not give up on any of you.

We won't give up on you, either. Not ever.

...Then we stand together, like we always have done.

[ So, that much hasn't changed. Just...the circumstances.

And they always knew this was a possibility. ]
