[She lets her fingers curl loosely around his as she shifts in their shared seat, turning more toward him than the defensive posture she'd started adopting. Not that it had been all that successful since they're in the same damn seat, but being near him like this is more than she ever thought she'd have, so she's not moving to her own seat. Fuck that. She's just going to curl around him a little bit as the tense set of her shoulders starts to ease.

She almost asks about his eye, but before she could work up the nerve, he's asking about the graveyard. So she just nods again, rubbing at her eyes one more time and taking a breath before she trusts herself to use her words.]

Yes... [her voice is quiet before she clears her throat and forces herself to resume her normal speaking tone, a little hoarse, a little ragged, but at least she's talking.] Yes. We're all here.
